EL CAPRICHO is a small apartment building built between the years of 1966-1967, by the architect Manuel de la Peña within the framework of an international development project called Maspalomas Costa Canaria in the late sixties. It has two floors divided into eight studios, four with a sea view and four with a garden view, with private garden and direct access to the beach.
We are located on the seafront of Maspalomas Beach, 6000 metres of sand and dunes, surrounded by an oasis of palm trees and we have the only salt marsh in Gran Canaria called La Charca in front of us, these natural ecosystems together form the Special Nature Reserve of La Charca de Maspalomas.
Ideal for resting due to its location, its natural environment as well as its tranquillity, and for enjoying weekends or periods of time one step away from one of the best beaches in the Canary Islands, Maspalomas Beach.
Each apartment of about 35m2 has a room with 2 beds measuring 200 x 100 cm, a living room with a sofa-bed, fully equipped separate kitchen, separate bathroom, safe, flat screen television with a variety of national and international channels, free high-speed wifi, terrace or balcony, view of the sea or garden and direct access to the beach.
They are personally cared for by their owners and have been completely renovated. Every year we close for 15 days in June to maintain our facilities and furniture up to date.
They are cleaned 4-5 times per week with a change of towels and bed linen. We always try to give good service and advice to our guests to make their stay in Maspalomas and Gran Canaria as pleasant as possible.
